FELLOW is a product of Cortado Group. We build tools for teams that live and die by what their documents actually say, and who can no longer afford for that knowledge to sit unread and unstructured.

01. Why we're building it

Everyone has the documents. Almost no one has the knowledge.

Every organization we work with is sitting on the answers it needs, in contracts, transcripts, decks, and email. The problem was never a lack of information. It's that the information is scattered, unstructured, and unattributed, so nobody can act on it with confidence and no agent can be trusted to.

The current wave of AI made this worse before it made it better. It's easy to get a confident summary; it's hard to get one you can check. Teams were pasting the same context into a chatbot over and over, and getting back answers with no source behind them.

FELLOW is our answer: turn the documents you already have into cited, structured records (org charts, buyer process maps, personas) that a person can verify and an agent can safely consume. Same knowledge, one source of truth, always traceable back to where it came from.

02. Principles

What we won't compromise on.

These are the constraints we hold even when they make the product harder to build.

Every fact carries its source

Nothing enters a record unattributed. If we can't say where a claim came from, we don't present it as known.

Honest about the gaps

A confident half-answer is worse than a clear "we don't know yet." We surface what's missing instead of guessing.

Access before answers

Policy and scope are evaluated before anything reaches a model. Deterministic controls precede model judgment, never the reverse.

People and agents, one truth

The record a human reads and the record an agent retrieves are the same record. No divergent, black-box copy.
